Everything a trip needs, from one desk
Flights, hotels, transfers, guides, visas and insurance — booked together, by one team, on one file. Whether you are an agency placing the business or a traveller taking the trip, you deal with a named person who can see every part of it.
Putting the trip together
The parts that get priced and confirmed before anyone travels.
Tailored itineraries
One trip, built from scratch around the people taking it. We start from how they actually want to travel — the pace, the standard, the budget — and price every night, transfer and entrance separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for and change any line of it.
- Day-by-day programme, written out before you commit
- Every component priced individually, nothing bundled to hide a margin
- Rebuilt as many times as it takes until the shape is right
Groups and series
From a family of nine to a hundred and fifty on a fixed departure. Group travel is where the detail bites — rooming lists, coach capacity, restaurant sittings, one late passenger — and it is the part we run most often.
- Held allocations at hotels while names are still being collected
- One coordinator on the ground for the whole movement
- Series departures priced per cycle, not re-quoted every month
Hotel reservations
We contract directly in the destinations we operate and book everything else through the global systems the trade uses. That means a real rate rather than a screen price, and a human who can call the hotel when something is wrong at check-in.
- Direct contracts in Egypt, Turkey, Albania, South Africa, Vietnam and Russia
- Rooms held on request before payment where the contract allows
- Special requests passed to the hotel in writing, not assumed
Flights and air ticketing
We ticket through the same systems the airlines sell through, so we see fares a public search does not: negotiated rates, group blocks and routings that quietly save a hotel night. You get options with the trade-offs written out, not a single number.
- Usually three options: cheapest, fastest, and the one we would book
- Group fares from ten passengers, names added later
- Changes and reroutes handled by the desk that issued the ticket
Running it once they land
The parts that decide whether the trip is remembered well.
Transfers and ground transport
Airport meet-and-greet, city transfers, cars with drivers by the hour or the day, and coaches for groups. We track the flight, so a three-hour delay at two in the morning is our problem to solve and not yours to explain at a taxi rank.
- Flight-tracked pick-ups — the driver moves with the aircraft
- Driver name, mobile and vehicle sent before the day
- A fixed price agreed in advance, no meter and no kerbside negotiation
Guided tours and excursions
Licensed guides who work in the language the group actually speaks, and who know the site well enough to answer the second question. Half-day, full-day and multi-day, with entrance fees and timings stated up front.
- Arabic, English and local-language guiding
- Entrance fees, timings and walking distances stated before booking
- Private guiding as standard; shared only when you ask for it
Meet and assist
Someone airside who takes the passports, walks the family through immigration and finds the luggage. Worth the money on a first arrival, a late-night landing, or any group moving with children and elderly travellers together.
- Arrival, departure and transit, at the terminals where it is offered
- Fast-track through immigration where the airport permits it
- Wheelchair and mobility assistance arranged in advance
The paperwork and the plumbing
The unglamorous half of travel, handled so it never becomes the story of the holiday.
Visa applications
A full in-house visa desk. We assemble, check and submit the file the way the consulate wants to receive it, and we book the appointment. What we will not do is promise an outcome — the embassy decides, and we say so before you pay us anything.
- Worldwide, including countries we do not sell trips to
- Every page checked against that consulate’s current list
- Service fee and consular fee quoted separately, both before you commit
Travel insurance
Medical and travel cover placed alongside the booking, including the policies that satisfy Schengen and other visa requirements. Written into the file at the point of quotation rather than remembered at the airport.
- Schengen-compliant medical cover for visa files
- Single-trip, annual and group policies
- The certificate issued in the traveller’s name before departure
Corporate and MICE
Structured travel for companies: staff movements on account, incentive groups, conferences and exhibition delegations. One account manager, one billing cycle, and a booking record you can hand to finance without rebuilding it.
- Credit terms on account for approved companies
- Consolidated monthly invoicing with cost centres
- Venues, delegate transport and hotel blocks handled as one file
Booking portals for agencies
Trade partners get a self-service portal for the reservations that do not need a conversation — live availability, instant confirmation, your own rates — while the complex files still come to a named person on our side.
- Live availability and instant confirmation
- Your negotiated rates, visible only to your account
- A named account manager for everything the portal cannot do
Four things you can hold us to
Priced line by line
Every quotation breaks down into its components. You can see the hotel, the transfer and the guide separately, and remove any one of them.
One named contact
Not a ticket queue. The person who quoted your file is the person who answers when something changes at midnight.
On the ground ourselves
In our core destinations we use our own team and our own suppliers, which is why we can fix things rather than forward complaints.
We say when we cannot
If a destination, a date or a budget is not realistic, you hear that from us early — not after the deposit.
Working with us
The same operation, reached from either side of the counter.
Travel agencies
Trade rates, a named account manager, and a client-ready quotation you can forward to your client unedited. Credit terms are available on approved accounts.
- Your margin stays yours – we never contact your client
- Quotations formatted to hand over as they are
- One contact who knows your file, not a ticket queue
Travellers
One team handling the hotels, the transfers, the guide, the visa and the day-by-day plan — instead of five suppliers who each blame the others when something slips.
- A written programme before you pay anything
- Our own people on the ground in our core destinations
- The same team on WhatsApp while you are travelling
Corporate accounts
Staff travel on account, incentive groups and exhibition delegations, invoiced monthly against your own cost centres.
- Credit terms for approved companies
- Consolidated invoicing your finance team can reconcile
- Venues, delegate transport and hotel blocks on one file
