Built to operate
We are the people who make an itinerary actually happen — the suppliers, the transfers, the confirmations and the person who answers the phone when something changes.
Who we are
Fun Gate is a Destination Management Company based in 6 October City, Giza, Egypt. We work with travel agencies across the GCC who need curated packages and seamless ground handling, and directly with travellers who want a journey built properly rather than booked in pieces.
From individual travellers to large groups, our role is the same: turn an ambitious itinerary into a flawless one — quietly, reliably, and at scale.
Vision
To become the first name our partners and our travellers think of, on every destination we serve.
Mission
To deliver reliable operations, competitive pricing and exceptional service on every single journey — consistently, and without compromise.
Core values
Trust
The foundation of every relationship — earned through consistency and follow-through.
Professionalism
Polished execution and clear communication at every stage of the journey.
Partnership
We grow only when the people we work with grow. Success is always shared.
Innovation
Constantly refining our tools and processes to stay ahead of the industry.
Transparency
Honest pricing and clear reporting, with no hidden surprises.
Excellence
A commitment to quality that shows in every itinerary we deliver.
How we operate
Today we work through a trusted supplier network: a request comes in, we place it, and we return a finalised, ready-to-use quotation.
As our destination expertise deepens, we are moving toward building programmes fully in-house rather than through intermediaries. That transition is already underway, and it means sharper pricing, faster turnaround and greater variety — with full control over quality at every step.
Governance
Fun Gate operates under a complete set of internal bylaws covering staff conduct, approval workflows, financial controls and task management. That framework is what keeps our output consistent regardless of team size or growth stage — and it is why the standard you get in January is the standard you get in December.
