We prepare the file ,
The embassy decides.
Four steps, and you know where you stand at each one
You send the file
Passport, a recent photo and whatever else the consulate asks for. Upload it all below — one applicant or twenty, in a single go.
We check it
We read every page against that consulate’s current checklist and come back to you on anything missing, weak or out of date. Most refusals we see are paperwork, not people.
We book and submit
Appointment, forms, fees and submission. You get the reference number and the appointment details in writing.
The decision
Granted or refused, the embassy alone decides. We tell you the moment we know, and if it is a refusal we explain what the notice actually says.
What this costs. Our service fee is quoted per application once we see the file, and it is separate from the consular fee, which is set by the embassy and is not refundable if the application is refused. We tell you both numbers before you pay anything.
Start your application
Upload up to 20 files, 8 MB each — JPG, PNG or PDF. If you are applying for several people, send every traveller’s documents in one upload and name the files clearly. Your documents go only to our visa desk.
