FOR TRAVEL AGENCIES

You sell. We operate.

A straightforward trade partnership: we handle the ground, you handle the client relationship.

How the partnership works

You send the brief. We place it with our supplier network, build the programme and return a finalised quotation written so you can forward it to your client without editing it.

You get trade rates quoted privately to your account, a named account manager who knows your business, and an operations team that treats your booking as its own.

Getting started

  1. Send us your agency details and the destinations you sell.
  2. We assign you a named account manager.
  3. You send your first brief — destination, dates, party size, standard.
  4. We return a client-ready quotation.
BEYOND THE GCC

International partners

Beyond the Gulf we work with a growing pipeline of partners outside the Arab world. These relationships are correspondence-first: they begin by email, move through a documented onboarding process, and are only announced once a file has actually been operated together.

Where we are onboarding

Japan, Brazil and Greece are live conversations rather than press-release partnerships — agencies we are working through onboarding with now. We add a market when a partner in it asks for one, not to lengthen a list.

How it starts

An email introduction, then commercial licence and company profile both ways so each side knows who it is dealing with. After that a single test file, priced and operated end to end, before anything is signed.

What the arrangement gives you

The same trade rates and the same named account manager our Gulf partners get, and direct access to our own ground teams in Egypt, Turkey, Albania, South Africa, Vietnam and Russia.

Timing. Onboarding usually takes two to three weeks from the first email, most of which is document exchange on both sides. If you are working to a season, say so in the first message and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
